I am a firm believer in using probiotics, especially when you’re on an antibiotic. It is good to read up on spore type probiotics because I did not realize that a pore probiotic does not break down in your stomach and it goes all the way to your gut and then it starts its job working. I mix it with everything. It is tasteless. I can put it in my water. Can I taste it? I put it in with pretty much any drink that I have coffee tea And I know that I’m getting good probiotics. spore probiotics are the best probiotic so if you’re gonna buy it, you might as well buy the good ones.

I have been taking this for about four months now and the results are great. I have terrible stomach pain and after about a month of taking this my pain is completely gone. I made a mistake and went without for a week when I ran out and the pain came back. Fortunately it only took about a week and a half for it to kick in again and now I am pain free once more. It is now on subscription so I never run out. And just for reference the ones complaining about the container not being full and getting ripped off, you are getting the amount by weight not by volume. Someday maybe people will get it and stop complaining about nonsense. This is a wonderful product and I recommend it 100%!

Aside from the fact that I didn’t get a scoop inside the jar, my only complaint is that cold drinks make it gel up at the bottom. Otherwise this seems to be a good probiotic for GI health if you’re looking for something outside of the typical L. and B. strains.

Pour a scoop in your water and your good to go. No taste so that's nice dissolves super easy

This product used to be 5 stars. Worked amazing, my digestion was never better. I was regular and having normal bm's everyday. I actually never thought one person could poo that much cuz I was never that regular my whole life. Used these for a couple years and they were fantastic. Recently my last 2 bottles everything changed. No more regularity. No more healthy bm's. Lucky if I go once a week now and back on my metamucil (which I used to be on until I found this product). Was there a formula change? Why don't these work anymore!?!? Whatever you did, go back to what you used to do!!!!! Will be trying a different brand.

This product works but it was crushed. Bummer also goes bad fast gets solid.

I mix this in with my electrolyte powder and water every day. No off taste, and it really helps my stomach troubles.

I mostly use it for smoothies. I add it with all other powders and it mix very well in my blender. With coffee. I add a tea spoon before pouring coffee. It dissolves pretty well. There is no taste from my opinion.
