Q: can this be used on fibre

Yes this can be used with a BT Openreach modem however a better fit would be the Draytek 2860 which can connect without a modem for FTTC. If you need any further info please don't hesitate to contact us.

Yes you could use your business centres connection as a WAN and plug the router in via ethernet to the WAN2 port. You may need to check the terms of the usage of that Ethernet port with the business centre or any documentation, as some do now allow multiple devices to use one connection via routing and could potentially block your device.
