Q: Can I use this under a kitchen sink, attaching a washing machine drainage spigot to the T junction?

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do, connect a washing-machine to an existing outlet? If so, then no, this is not the piece you want. If you look at the photo of the piece, the upright 'leg' of the T as it's shown here, holds a swinging flap, which sits across and regulates the flow in the through-pipe (allows liquid freely through in one direction, 'non-return' or blocked if the flow is the opposite direction)

I have fitted mine to my 40mm waste pipe. Mine is push fit but it will also fit 40mm solvent pipe.

Yes. I have mine connected to a saniflow macerator although for kitchen use only, I have no experience of it being used in a WC system. I use it in a kitchen sink since the one valve system used is not very good when disconnecting the saniflow pump for repair/maintenance.

No you cant buy, but you can make one get a piece of gasket rubber and cut ring out. Dont pour harsh drain cleaners down pipe, that will perish seal, ok
