Q: Does any one find they trip on them since they stick out and are not under?

Never had that problem. Only issue I have was the levers were all the way against the upright when in the up position. I glued a block of wood to keep them out so I could step on them easier.

Q: What is the vertical displacement when engaged?

I’m measuring approximately 5/8” off of the ground.

Q: How far is the top of the mounting plate from the bottom of the leg?

It is in the instructions I recollect the bottom is like 1” from the bottom of the lev
