It fluffs up great and feels neat. My boys loved it. But....it feels (and looks) like when a diaper explodes and cleans up about the same. It sticks to EVERYTHING! I had a heck of a time cleaning up after my boys got done playing it. We won't be buying again simply because of the mess.But they loved it and it does exactly what is advertised so I'm giving it 4 stars. The cleanup is the only reason it's not 5 stars.

Does puff up, but feels grainy like salt and falls out of slime. Another brand I bought worked and felt much better.
