Pleasantly Surprised
I was prepared to be disappointed because I fell for the hype before with my previous chair (SecretLabs) and was severely disappointed due to it being just an average uncomfortable chair. I never heard of these new chair companies so I knew I was rolling the dice with this purchase. Boy, was I surprised with this chair. It's so comfortable I actually took a nap in it. All the gimmicks actually WORK! The waist thing is very comfy and I really thought the foot rest was so gimmicky and would break and I'd just throw that part away but I love it. No need for an ottoman now. I was worried based on some reviews about confusing assembly and too many parts but no. It was easy. I would just buy allen wrench bits for your cordless drill/screwdriver and it will go by fast. Great Chair!

Great Multi-Purpose Chair. Professional or Home Office!
Honestly feels like an 800 dollar chair. It’s mostly a metal build, which is great to see for heavier people. A lot of chairs at this price are designed for people under 180, but being around 260 I don’t feel like I’m going to break it. Assembly was a breeze, with only a handful of screws to put in. And I saw the video of the lady giving it a one star that kind of worried me.. the adjustments are position based, so when you pull them all the way out they go back to their home position. They have different clicks to listen for so it will stay in place. Honestly, five stars well deserved!!!

Well made chair, but not for me.
I initially did not like this chair. After spending some time with it and tinkering, I was able to adjust it so that it suits my liking. The wheels seem fine, assembly was easy and took about 20 minutes, and the chair itself seems well made, which I would expect for a chair of this cost. The parts didn’t feels as loose, cheap, or as wiggly as I expected.Ultimately, I think I’ll go with a different style of chair as I much prefer proper support but with more comfort and softer surfaces, but that isn’t the fault of this chair. It’s just my personal preference.I have no doubt it would be healthy to sit in a chair like this for extended periods.

Nicely Style Chair
Pros:The base for the wheels is strong. The side portion of the lower part of the chair's back are unique and a nice touch. The color is attractive.CONS:The divider between each of the legs attached seems cheap but did allow for easy adjusting when connecting the legs & wheels.Getting the wheels into the legs was a bit challenging and once secured fit nicely.Attaching the headrest portion of the chair was virtually impossible as trying to hold the headrest in the proper position to connect it to the back of the chair was very difficult. Also I think the instruction booklet should show that is something that should be done sooner than later. For me the chair has to MAJOR failures: (1) The seat failed to adjust at all. (2) The back of the chair adjustments are a nice feature but I found that slight pressure on the back of the chair would adjust the chair's back from its current setting to the lowest position. In testing the seating in the chair, it seemed provide sufficient comfort even when the seat would not adjust upwards for the most comfortable sitting position. In the end, I felt for the cost of the chair the failure of the seat adjustment and the back of the chair issue noted above were enough for me to return the chair for a refund.Note: Most of the chair was fairly easy to take apart for repacking. I did struggle with some of the legs for which I wazs unable to remove the wheels. Also the base of that connects to the seat and should allow for adjusting the seat height, I was unable to separate the 2 parts.Summary -- if you purchase this chair and it assembles properly and works properly, you will most likely enjoy it. I was disappointed that a return was required but the ongoing issues were such that I could not justify keeping the chair given its cost.Had all things worked properly I would have easily given this chair a minimum of 4 stars and most likely 5 stars. Since I had issues, 3 stars is the best I could provide.

comfortable and fits your body shape
I had always wondered the reason for the popularity of the Ergonomic Chair and why so many people spend that much money on it. Here are some reasons I can tell you right now. Everything is adjustable, this chair allows you to adjust from your neck to shoulder, to back, to waist, and arm to suit your body. Every part of them are designed to fit your body just like your own custom chair. I am 5 feet 4, and this is the first time that I feel my chair is designed for my height, and even if you are 6 feet tall, it shouldn’t be a problem fitting your body. The neck support helps you feel relaxed by leaning on it, which is actually very helpful for my cervical spondylosis due to my excessive time spent sitting in front of a computer everyday. The waist support wraps your waist around and provides a sense of security when you turn sideways or lean on the side. I purchased the gray color to match my bedroom, absolute modern looking. Now I wish I had gotten the chair with the footrest, since my legs get tired easily when sitting for too long. The feeling of watching videos and leaning back on the chair is better than the chair in AMC. The chair is quite heavy, I have it on a rug, and pushing it around requires me to use extra force. Another part that I wish would be different is the armrest. The armrest does slide front and back, and side too, but it does not fold up, and it hits my table sometimes. Final word, yes I would recommend the Ergonomic Chair for those that sit for a long time every day.
