Nice pastry roller
I really like this pastry roller/cutter. It did seem to take an awful long time to arrive, but, it is the holiday season. I will be using this a lot. Especially with upcoming baking for Christmas. It feels nice in the hands. The roller doesn’t stick. It cut my homemade puff pastry nicely. The edge is cute. I would definitely recommend this item.

Sourdough crackers....
I make sourdough crackers, among tons of other sourdough baked goods, and wanted to add some "fancy" to my crackers at the request of friends and neighbors.....so I ordered this for cutting them apart before baking for that "fancy edge". It works pretty well for being a bit wobbly (what rotary style pizza or food cutter isn't?), but I did take a star off for the wobbliness as it gets a little sloppy if you go too fast. In all, it works.....would I order it again, maybe if it wasn't so wobbly.

Handy gadget
I’ve been using this to make my egg noodles for the holidays. It is easy to hold and cuts through the noodles smoothly. I used to use a knife but I feel like it can cut faster.

Perfect for fancy edges
I am extremely pleased with the cutting edge of this tool. It reminds me of a dainty pinking shear cut and is quite a fancy finish for pies, pastries, pasta and crackers. The wooden handle, although not particularly ergonomic in design, seems solidly attached, and is smooth enough to have some grip but not feel splintery or rough. I’d suggest hand washing only and avoiding soaking in water to avoid damaging the wooden handle. Those with issues gripping/holding items may want to consider a silicone grip dip or adding a small foam noodle grip enhancer.I like it and recommend it for fancy cutting of raw dough. I would not recommend using on crispy/crunchy pizza however.
