My wife used this for her gum pain caused by a wisdom tooth. It's not just for tooth-ache, it handles gum pain aswell, and really well. So well that it leaves the mouth a bit numb, which may be good or bad depending on your stand.Appearance isn't great, the packet is ugly but haha this isn't for that.

Sold as providing temporary pain relief for aching teeth, this can also be used for painful gums too, though the blue oragel packets have a slightly more pleasant tast. Not cheap at £4 or over per tube, and the tubes are quite small. The gell does wrk well, though, for short periods of time, and I find it pretty useful.Remember to refer longer term pain to a dentist.

This gel works straight away. Best toothache relief I have ever brought. I find it better than any other brand around. I will be buring again. It is worth the money

Yes, it numbs your mouth very well, is it good for toothache? I'd say it works but very short lived, and for the price there are better things available, but for the right application I'm sure it's great as it instantly numbs wherever you put it....inside a horribly painful tooth maybe only a 5/10

Totally amazing I work in a Pharmacy and recommend this product along side the normal Paracetamol and Ibuprofen for dental pain relief but haven't had cause to use it myself until today. What a amazing revelation so while I was waiting on my pain meds to take effect I was in a considerable amount of pain, nerve pain shooting into my jaw bone so bad I was considering pliers to rip tooth out. But remember I had ordered Oral jelly from good old Amazon ( its cheaper than my Pharmacy) and it works immediately. Still needs the other pain meds to kick in but I am not in total agony. Will keep recommending this product.

Works just fine for me. I have three sensitive teeth and my new toothbrush uses sonics, so ouch.Tastes like medicine, so not nice but it numbs my gum to tooth area very well. It lasts long enough to brush my teeth (and it seems that it lasts 5 - 10 minutes), it works perfectly for me.The tube needs to be cut open before use so be prepared.

The only thing that takes the pain away fairly instantly. Great to have in the house just in case. It is strong enough to just give a break to the constant pain of toothache.

My experience showed that it doesn’t fully eliminate the pain and only provides mild numbness for a few minutes. Additionally, it has a very bitter taste, making it quite unpleasant to use.
