This product is real good and it really works All you need to use is a small amount just 1 or 2 finger dips just a small amount and even though it stop getting hot after 20 minutes it's still working I had it on for 6 hours at work I was sweating under my wrap for the whole 6 hours until I removed my wrap and wiped it off

I have been using it, just going into my 3rd week, I am so happy I've already ordered another jar and still have some left. It does get hot but not for a long time (which does not mean, it's not working). It might make you itch a little, just a rub is enough, smells like a methol but the smell does not linger and not greasy at all, absorbs well into the body. I have not worked out and sort of watching what I eat and drink. I know for a fact if I was working out and dieting it would work even better. I have been using it for my fupa, LADIES IT WORKS!! I have noticed the fupa shrinking and I could not be happier!!!! I use about the amount of a large grape, rub/massage it onto my fupa and abdominal area in circular motions counter clock wise going downwards. REMEMBER, everyons body reacts differently to products so just try it for yourself!! IT WORKS!!!

This cream really heats up after a few minutes! I used it before workouts and noticed less soreness afterward. It’s not too greasy and doesn’t leave stains on clothes. You can definitely feel it working. Great for massage and muscle relief!

I got this and I put it on my stomach and my back and I went to go walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I hopped off 10 minutes in to my workout because how bad it burned and it itched so bad it. It’s so bad I hopped in the shower to try to wash it off and then as soon as the water hit it, it just started burning even more and itching. I could not stop itching. It burns so bad. I am in so much pain. I never write reviews about anything, but this is so bad.DO NOT BUY IT!! it is a waste of money. It didn’t even make me sweat. It just burned.

Product works really good. It doesn’t burn it’s more of a tingling feeling, and it really makes your sweat. There not really any smell to it, kind of minty. My only complaint is that it came with some product missing, when I opened the container there was a pretty big hole of missing product. Overall though not bad.
